Facility Covid Information
We are doing everything we can to reduce the spread of COVID-19, including staying in very close communication with local and state health officials to ensure we are taking all the appropriate steps, which includes:
· The facility has a vigorous cleaning and disinfecting process with a product that kills the Coronavirus. Additional laundry procedures ensure that fabrics are appropriately treated.
· Staff and vendors continue to self-screen for symptoms of COVID illness prior to entering the facility. If a staff member or vendor has COVID-like symptoms, we offer testing and they are not permitted to enter until meeting the standards set by the CDC.
· Masks are available at the facility entrance. Staff and vendors wear masks when required by CDC guidelines.
· Residents are evaluated throughout the day for any signs of illness. You will be contacted if there is any change in the resident’s condition.
· Visitors are always welcome! If you plan to visit but have symptoms of COVID illness, please contact the facility so we can make arrangements for your visit while keeping our residents as safe as possible.
In an effort to keep you informed, our facility's data will be listed below and updated daily by noon. Please call the facility if you have any questions.
